MobilGreen Precast LLC. is now available to all large commercial construction projects in all markets across the country. MobilGreen Precast LLC. develops small temporary plants in areas that require structural precast components and by doing so reduces trucking requirements and lowers the dependency on fossil fuels required to complete projects. MobilGreen Precast LLC. is a steward of the environment by producing sustainable construction components by the means of deploying a sustainable process.
The company’s operations specifically address several needs in the marketplace, the foremost being the lack of structural precast contractors. The impetus for the creation of this business was frustration with existing structural precast contractors making it difficult to maintain a schedule and budget.
For most towns structural precast facilities are extensively far away. Structural precast is cheaper than cast in place, but with the travel cost, it’s the same. By creating mobile plants, the company creates a low cost, green solution for large construction projects. The company can address the needs of both rural and saturated markets. Rural markets are defined as 95% of the cities across the country. Saturated markets are the balance of cities which are being serviced by local fixed plant structural precasters. Rural markets do not currently have the luxury of using structural precast concrete. Therefore they are forced to use alternate, more expensive construction methods. As the price of fuel increases, the rural markets have even less of an opportunity to utilize a structural precast solution for their projects.
